5.1. Returns: Returns will be accepted when it comes to exchange pieces in case Seven failed to deliver the right product, in this case, SEVEN DYE will cover the shipping cost. In case the customer wants to exchange the product for another one, the customer must cover the shipping cost and the price difference if there’s one.
5.2. Refunds: Refunds will be available only if the piece or pieces are returned in the same status it was shipped, if there’s a signed of usage, the money will not be refunded. The items should have the tags when returned.
5.3. Timeframes: Customers have 15 calendar days to request an exchange or refund. This process will be completed once 3 to 5 business days once the piece is received by Seven. Take into account that the full refund might be reflected in your bank statement the next 2 billing cycles, depending on your bank institution.
